We aim to despatch all orders received and paid for by 3pm on the same day during the working week. Orders received over the weekend, after midday on Friday, will be despatched on a Monday morning. In the event that your item is not in stock due to stock error or damages, we will e-mail to inform you and either backorder the product and deliver as soon as it is available, or cancel the order if you prefer.
Within the UK, we use Royal Mail post for all deliveries with a value up to £50. Orders over £50 are generally despatched via 48hour courier. We aim to keep all items in stock, but should an error occur we will contact you direct offering either a full refund, or give you an expected delivery date.
Our postage and packing rates are based on the value of the total order.

A surcharge will apply on orders exceeding 2Kgs to be despatched in the U.K. In the event your order requires this service and exceeds 2 Kgs, we will contact you prior to despatching your goods to discuss your options.
Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive your order. If delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and no one is in residence the parcel will be sent to the nearest sorting office to await your collection or instructions. If the package is not collected or re-directed by you, it will eventually be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge for re-sending the item at the original postage cost stated.
We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satsified with, within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were when received. We will not be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods, except where the goods are faulty. Please ask the Post Office for a free certificate of postage. Shipping charges are not refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please contact us before returning any goods at email@example.com. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All of the toys that we sell have been carefully manufactured to the highest safety standards.
